Our mission is to support communities facing hardship by providing sneakers, clothing, food, hygiene essentials, and mental health resources to children and adults. Through compassionate outreach and community-driven programs, we aim to restore dignity, build self-esteem, and promote holistic well-being-fostering healthier, more resilient neighborhoods.

Meet the CEO
Rosalyn Biggins
A Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addiction Counselor, brings over 15 years of experience in community advocacy with a focus on re-entry, mental health, and addiction. Raised in Newhallville and educated through New Haven public schools before graduating from Hamden High School, she is deeply committed to pouring back into the city that shaped her. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science degree in Human Services with a concentration in Clinical Counseling. She knows firsthand the tough decisions that must be made when financial instability is present, which fuels her passion for addressing both immediate needs and long-term solutions. Throughout her career, she has recognized the urgent need to provide basic essentials to individuals facing adversity and stigma, understanding the profound impact these challenges have on their mental and emotional well-being as well as their ability to make sound decisions. She has dedicated her time to assisting people in securing employment across all levels, while also emphasizing the importance of financial literacy—empowering individuals and families with the tools to build stability, break cycles of hardship, and create long-term opportunities for growth.
